Returns
Products are eligible for return only if they are damaged or defective upon delivery.
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Returned products must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be initiated.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
Non-Refundable Items
Products showing signs of wear, damage due to misuse, or tampering are not eligible for refund.
We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests based on our inspection process.
